Since its inception in 2012, Shaanxi Ze Tao Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Has swiftly risen to prominence in the heavy-duty truck parts manufacturing sector. Our company has assembled a team of over 260 dedicated professionals, including 3 seasoned engineers and more than 30 technicians with bachelor′s degrees, forming a robust technical research and management force.

Our production facility, situated in Sanyuan County, spans an impressive 57.59 acres with over 30, 000 square meters of newly constructed factory space, housing 11 state-of-the-art production lines. These lines are equipped with a 2000-ton frame hydraulic press, a 1000-ton frame hydraulic press, an 800-ton closed double-point press, and an array of other stamping equipment ranging from 630 to 250 tons. We also boast a small stamping line, a CNC bending production line, an electrophoresis painting line, a spraying line, a laser cutting line, a robotic welding line, and 3 intelligent precision machining lines, along with an assembly line.

Our company is well-endowed with robust equipment, including 18 stamping machines, 6 laser cutting machines, 8 robotic welding units, over 50 various welding devices, 32 machining centers, more than 40 CNC milling machines, 15 CNC lathes, 5 CNC drilling and milling machines, 15 conventional drilling machines, and 8 injection molding and extrusion devices, as well as a complete electrophoresis painting production line and a full painting line. These advanced facilities enable us to offer comprehensive production capabilities, from stamping and laser cutting to robotic welding, intelligent precision machining, and electrophoresis painting.

Since our establishment, we have served as a Tier 1 supplier to Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile Group, accumulating 12 years of cooperative experience. We also consistently provide high-quality parts production services to major enterprises such as Shaanxi Auto Group and XAC Group. The company has obtained IATF16949 quality system certification and is set to acquire military production qualifications in 2023.
